How long have you been in business?
The founders of Real Estate Auction Associates have been involved in the Auction Method of Marketing for more than 20 years and have been a licensed real estate broker and salesperson for 2 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Real Estate Auction Associates is a Real Estate Auction firm and a Traditional Real Estate Brokerage. Whether your interests are in Luxury Homes, Commercial Property, Land or anything in between our associates are here to accommodate your needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The founders of Real Estate Auction Associates have been around the auction industry for much of their lives and entered the industry with the first auction company nearly 20 years ago. They knew that there would some day be a shift in the industry and determined that real estate would play a major role in this, so nearly 5 years ago the founders began their research and study into conducting real estate auctions and are extremely excited to now be offering their expertise in this field.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Real Estate Auction Associates is licensed and bonded through the California Department of Real Estate and the California Secretary of State. The founders are active members in their associations on the State and National Levels. The founders are active Members of the Boards of the California State Auctioneers Association, Southern California Auctioneers Association and are both REALTORS®. Consistent education in our field is of the utmost importance to us in order to better serve our clients. We conduct award winning marketing campaigns which is only one of the many ways that we differentiate ourselves from others. We hold high standards and confidentiality is also a key factor in our firm.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Real Estate Auction Associates currently has one office in Orange County with plans to open a second location in the coming years.

From South Orange County: Take the 405 North ~ exit Bolsa Avenue ~ continue West on Bolsa Avenue just past Springdale ~ make immediate Left. From Los Angeles/Long Beach: Take the 405 South / 22 East, exit Bolsa Chica Street South, turn left on Bolsa Avenue ~ cross over Dan/Able Street and turn right into 2nd driveway. As our focal point is in the Orange County area, we have the ability to conduct real estate auctions world wide.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Robert and Melissa Storment are the founders of Real Estate Auction Associates and play an active role in all areas of the firms daily operations. Kim Popp has been the Executive Assistant to the founders for 14 years and assists the founders with all aspects of the daily operations of REAA.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST. Auctions are normally conducted on Saturday. We can be reached at any time, 7 days a week through e-mail: info@reaa.us
